Yes. All the meat we serve is halal, in every one of our locations.

Plenty. Fal-a-fête is built on oven-baked falafel, Berloumi on Belgian halloumi, and our Vegan Garden sauce is made without dairy or egg. Any pita can also be had as a bowl. If you are strict about it, just ask — our team knows exactly what goes into each dish.

On our allergens page you can filter every pita, bowl, side and sauce by allergen. We cook with fresh ingredients, so tell the person taking your order if an allergy is serious — they can check the current list behind the counter.

Four, all yoghurt-based and made fresh every morning: Barouche Signature, Curry Mango, Yoghurt Garlic and Vegan Garden. They are what make a Barouche taste like a Barouche.

It is sourdough. We make the dough in our own bakery in Ghent, let it rest for 24 hours, and bake it fresh every morning before it goes out to every location. That is also why we never fry anything — our sides come out of the same oven.

Most of our restaurants are open every day from 11:30 to 22:00, though shopping centre locations follow the centre. Each location page lists its own hours.
